如何记录摘下牙套？

在“今日”页面点击“我要摘下牙套”，选择原因；重新戴上后点击完成。App 会自动计算摘下时长和当日佩戴进度。

How do I track a break?

On Today, tap Remove aligners and choose a reason. Tap again after putting them back in. The app calculates the break and daily wear progress automatically.

记录错误怎么办？

前往“记录”，找到对应日期与时间线，点击编辑即可修改开始时间、结束时间或原因，也可以删除错误记录。

牙齿照片 · Teeth photos

在“进度”页面选择相机或相册添加照片，并标记拍摄角度和牙套阶段。建议保持相同光线、距离和角度。

On Progress, add a photo from the camera or library and label the angle and aligner stage. Use consistent lighting, distance and angles for useful comparisons.

照片只保存在设备本地，不会上传到我们的服务器。Photos stay locally on your device and are not uploaded to our servers.

Pro 与 Apple 购买 · Pro and Apple purchases

Pro 提供专业 PDF、可分享照片对比卡、高级提醒和设备隐私锁。无需注册齐齿日记账户即可购买或恢复。月度与年度方案会自动续订，除非在当前周期结束至少 24 小时前通过 Apple 账户取消；终身方案为一次性非消耗型购买。付款、续订、取消和退款均由 Apple 处理。可在 App 的 Pro 页面恢复购买或打开 Apple 订阅管理。

Pro includes professional PDFs, shareable photo comparison cards, advanced reminders and a device privacy lock. No Aligner Diary account is required to purchase or restore. Monthly and annual plans renew automatically unless canceled through your Apple Account at least 24 hours before the current period ends. Lifetime is a one-time non-consumable purchase. Apple handles payment, renewal, cancellation and refunds. Restore purchases or open Apple subscription management from the Pro page.

账户、数据与删除 · Account, data and deletion

齐齿日记账户为可选项，仅用于同步会员权益或接收赠送权限；Apple 购买和恢复购买不要求注册。牙套记录和照片仍保存在设备本地。前往“我的 → 账户与会员 → 永久删除账户”可删除登录资料和云端会员记录。此操作无法撤销，也不会取消 Apple 订阅。设备本地数据可逐项删除，卸载 App 会清除保存在该设备上的 App 数据。

An Aligner Diary account is optional and used only to sync membership entitlement or receive complimentary access; Apple purchase and Restore Purchases do not require registration. Aligner records and photos remain on your device. Go to Profile → Account & membership → Delete account to remove login details and cloud membership records. This cannot be undone and does not cancel an Apple subscription. Delete local entries individually or uninstall the app to remove its on-device data.
