使用齐齿日记及可选 Pro 功能前，请阅读以下条款。
1. 服务 · Service
齐齿日记帮助用户记录透明牙套佩戴时间、习惯、照片和治疗进度。部分功能免费提供，专业 PDF、照片对比卡、高级提醒和设备隐私锁等功能可通过齐齿日记 Pro 使用。
Aligner Diary helps users track clear-aligner wear time, habits, photos and treatment progress. Core features are free; professional PDFs, comparison cards, advanced reminders and device privacy lock are available through Aligner Diary Pro.
2. 医疗说明 · Medical notice
本 App 不是医疗设备，不提供诊断、治疗建议或紧急服务。App 中的目标、提醒、趋势和报告仅供个人整理。请始终遵循牙医或正畸医生的建议；遇到剧烈疼痛、过敏、损伤或紧急情况时，请及时联系专业人员或当地急救服务。
The app is not a medical device and does not provide diagnosis, treatment advice or emergency services. Goals, reminders, trends and reports are for personal organization only. Follow your dentist or orthodontist and seek professional or emergency care for severe pain, allergic reaction, injury or urgent concerns.
3. 账户 · Account
注册齐齿日记账户始终是可选的；不注册也可以使用核心功能、通过 Apple 购买 Pro 和恢复符合条件的购买。账户仅用于可选的会员权益同步或赠送权限。若创建账户，你应提供准确的信息并妥善保管密码，不得共享、出售或滥用账户。你可以随时在 App 内永久删除账户；删除不会自动取消仍有效的 Apple 订阅。
Creating an Aligner Diary account is always optional. Core features, Apple Pro purchases and eligible purchase restoration work without registration. An account is used only for optional entitlement sync or complimentary access. If you create one, provide accurate information, protect your password, and do not share, sell or misuse the account. You may permanently delete it in the app; deletion does not automatically cancel an active Apple subscription.
4. Pro、自动续订与终身购买 · Pro, renewals and lifetime
实际价格和币种会在确认购买前由 Apple 显示。月度和年度订阅会自动续订，并由 Apple 在当前周期结束前向你的 Apple 账户收款，除非你至少提前 24 小时取消。终身方案为一次性非消耗型购买，向购买时使用的 Apple 账户提供当前版本所述的终身 Pro 使用权。购买完成后可通过“恢复购买”恢复符合条件的权益。
Apple displays the actual price and currency before confirmation. Monthly and annual subscriptions renew automatically and Apple charges your Apple Account before the current period ends unless you cancel at least 24 hours in advance. Lifetime is a one-time non-consumable purchase providing lifetime Pro access, as described in the current version, to the purchasing Apple Account. Use Restore Purchases to recover eligible access.
5. 管理、取消与退款 · Management, cancellation and refunds
订阅通过设备设置或 App 内“管理订阅”入口在 Apple 账户中管理。删除 App 或齐齿日记账户不会取消订阅。付款和退款由 Apple 处理，并适用 Apple 的媒体服务条款和退款政策。
Manage subscriptions through your device settings or the in-app Manage Subscription link. Deleting the app or your Aligner Diary account does not cancel a subscription. Apple processes payments and refunds under its Media Services Terms and refund policies.
6. 合理使用与可用性 · Acceptable use and availability
不得尝试绕过付款验证、干扰服务或非法使用 App。我们会努力维护功能与兼容性，但不保证服务永不中断。法律允许的最大范围内，开发者不对用户依据个人记录作出的医疗决定负责。
Do not bypass purchase verification, disrupt the service or use the app unlawfully. We work to maintain functionality and compatibility but cannot guarantee uninterrupted availability. To the fullest extent permitted by law, the developer is not responsible for medical decisions made from personal tracking records.
7. 条款更新 · Changes
功能、法律要求或服务方式发生重大变化时，本页面会更新生效日期。继续使用更新后的服务表示你接受适用的新条款；法律要求另行同意时，我们会明确请求。
We update the effective date when material changes affect features, legal requirements or service delivery. Continued use after an update means acceptance where permitted; we will request explicit consent when legally required.
